If it doesn't fit or it isn't right, we'll pick it up, alter it or refund it — anywhere in Pakistan, on our dime.

01.Our Promise

At AHS Premium Wear, we stand behind every piece we make. If your order does not fit, arrives damaged, or simply isn't right — we will make it right. Our returns and exchanges policy is straightforward, and our team is on hand to guide you through every step.

02.Eligibility

You may return or exchange items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of stains, odours or pet hair.
  • Original tags, packaging and hygiene seals are intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

03.Non-Returnable Items

  • Perfumes and fragrances once the hygiene seal is broken.
  • Jewellery where the authenticity seal has been removed.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, socks and pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked Final Sale at checkout.
  • Custom-made, bespoke or monogrammed pieces.
  • Gift cards.

04.How to Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via ahspremiumwear@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm the return and arrange a complimentary courier pickup at a time convenient to you.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Hand the package to the courier. No printing required — we will share the prepaid label digitally if needed.

05.Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3 – 5 business days of pickup), we will email you to confirm the refund.

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 7 – 10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery: refunded via bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash within 5 – 7 business days, once bank details are confirmed.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

06.Exchanges

For size exchanges or alternate items of the same value, we will dispatch the new item free of charge once we receive the return. If the replacement costs more, we will send a secure payment link for the difference. If the replacement costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

07.Complimentary Alterations

Before initiating a return, consider our complimentary alteration service. Small adjustments — hem length, waist taper, sleeve length — are done free of charge at any AHS Karachi location, or via prepaid post anywhere in Pakistan. Message us with photos of the fit issue and we will advise.

08.Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — including shipping charges — at no cost to you.
