01.Coverage
AHS Premium Wear ships across all major cities and towns in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta, Sialkot and surrounding regions. International shipping is not yet available.
02.Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 5,000 anywhere in Pakistan.
- Flat rate of Rs. 250 on orders under Rs. 5,000.
- Express delivery (Karachi only, same-day if ordered before 2 PM PKT): Rs. 500.
- Cash on Delivery handling fee of Rs. 100 on orders below Rs. 5,000.
03.Delivery Timeline
- Karachi: 1 – 2 business days for standard delivery, same-day for express.
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2 – 3 business days.
- Other major cities: 3 – 5 business days.
- Remote & rural areas: 5 – 7 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PKT, on weekends or on public holidays ship the next business day.
04.Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also view live status inside your AHS account at any time. If you do not receive your tracking link within 24 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us at ahspremiumwear@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.
05.Courier Partners
We work with trusted national couriers including TCS, Leopards Courier and M&P Express, selected based on destination and fastest available route. All orders are fully insured in transit.
06.Packaging
Every AHS order ships in signature black-and-gold packaging — garment bag, tissue-wrapped and sealed with an embossed AHS sticker. A complimentary care card is included. Gift messages can be added at checkout at no charge.
07.Failed or Missed Delivery
Our couriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange redelivery — an additional redelivery fee may apply. For Cash on Delivery orders, refused packages may attract a restocking fee at our discretion.
