01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AHS Premium Wear website (ahspremiumwear.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
02.Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
03.Account Registration
Certain features require you to create an AHS account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at ahspremiumwear@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. AHS is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
04.Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we issue an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons of product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any payment already received will be refunded in full.
05.Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Easypaisa, JazzCash and Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. You authorise AHS and our payment partners to charge the provided payment method for the full order amount.
06.Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times, rates and policies are detailed on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. AHS is not liable for delays caused by couriers, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control.

08.Intellectual Property
